We are on the second floor of our building on Colorado Avenue, right in the heart of downtown Telluride. Street parking is available on Colorado Avenue, and the town parking lots nearby are a short walk.
Hours of Operation
We are open Monday through Thursday, 8-5pm. Closed Fridays, weekends, and major holidays.

Plenty of our patients make the drive from Montrose, and we are glad they do. The trip is about 75 minutes each way, and most people tell us it stops feeling long pretty quickly when you are driving through the San Juans.

About 66 miles / roughly 1 hour 15 minutes
Here is the most straightforward route:
Head south out of Montrose on US-550 South toward Ridgway
In Ridgway, turn right onto CO-62 West at the intersection by the stoplight
Follow CO-62 West through the Dallas Divide, about 25 miles of genuinely beautiful driving through the San Juan foothills
At Placerville, turn left onto CO-145 South toward Telluride
Follow CO-145 South into town. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto West Colorado Avenue

Plan for about an hour and 20 minutes in good conditions. Winter driving on CO-62 and CO-145 can add time, so leave a little buffer if there has been recent snow.

We have a lot of Ridgway patients and we love seeing them. At about 50 minutes each way, it is one of the shorter commutes in the region, and the drive on CO-62 through the Dallas Divide is not exactly a hardship.

Driving from Ridgway About 39 miles / roughly 50 minutes
Head west out of Ridgway on CO-62 West
Follow CO-62 through the Dallas Divide and down toward Placerville, about 30 miles
At Placerville, turn left onto CO-145 South toward Telluride
Follow CO-145 South into town. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto West Colorado Avenue
