All Other Insurance Plans
We welcome patients with all types of insurance, though we are not in-network with plans other than Delta Dental. For those patients, full payment is due at the time of treatment.
As a courtesy, we will submit a claim to your insurance provider on your behalf. Your insurance company may reimburse you directly, at their own discretion, based on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
If you have questions about your coverage before your visit, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly. We are happy to provide you with any documentation you need to support your claim.
